Hygiene Audit

VANSA offers expertise to our customers in their manufacturing plant. Over a period of time it is inevitable that the busy manufacturing plant will suffer an accumulation of microbiological contaminants. These arise from a build-up of deposits on tank and vessel walls, 'dead' areas in pipework, introduction of microorganisms to the manufacturing system from a multitude of sources including water and raw materials.

We recommend a regular plant disinfection regime using rapid kill bioocide flushed through the problem areas. We will be pleased to advice in plant cleandowns and conduct plant hygiene audit at your plant to access the level of hygiene.
